Congratulations on forming The Wunder Team sales group.  I am sure that you can coordinate with other team agents and expand your business success. I would guess I am one of your more active customers.  I count 12 properties that you have helped  me purchase or sell.  This is a letter of recommendation which you have certainly earned and which you should share with other potential customers.

I have always been active in real estate, largely as an investor.  Prior to meeting you, I worked with a variety of agents.  The results were adequate, but never remarkable.  Since we met, I think that we have written much better offers to purchase, saving me money.  I am also sure your clever marketing ideas have provided me with a better net sale after all commissions.  I think that your target marketing strategies, building interest for an open-house, and coordinated marketing with other agents, even from other firms, have made me more money.  Like all agents, you charge a commission.  However, I actually think your ideas and energy have gotten top dollar for my properties, offsetting most, if not all of the commission charged.

It is also notable that we have bought and sold many different types of property.  These include:  my own home, a lake home, single family rentals, undeveloped land, undeveloped lake-front property, and commercial property.  Feel free to share this letter with anyone.  I would be happy to answer any questions they might have in this regard.
